About the Position

As a Gym Coordinator at Fitness24Seven in Helsingborg, you will work in a dynamic and health-oriented environment where your main responsibility is to ensure that the gym is in top condition and that our members receive the best possible experience. You will be part of a dedicated team that values health and service.

In the role of Gym Coordinator, you will belong to the cluster in Helsingborg where you will work at the facilities Kullagatan, Rosengården, Elineberg, Söder, and Ängelholm. The position is a part-time job at 75% where your working hours will mainly be 30 hours sometime Monday-Friday between 08:00-16:00. Desired start in April.

Your main responsibilities:

Ensure that the gym is clean, tidy, and functional by following a maintenance checklist.
Handle service requests and minor repairs of gym equipment.
Report larger repairs.
Conduct member rounds, which include putting weights back, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the gym is in top condition.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and building relationships with members.
Inventory consumables and place orders as needed.
Travel between the gyms in Kullagatan, Rosengården, Elineberg, Söder, and Ängelholm.

About You

We are looking for someone who has completed their high school education and is handy, with an interest in machines and equipment. You have a strong interest in service and thrive in a role where you can take your own initiatives. As a person, you are organized and engaged, with the ability to adapt to different situations.

Furthermore, we see that you are relationship-building and enjoy working with people. You have a genuine interest in training and health, and see a long-term commitment in your work at Fitness24Seven.

Important for the Position:

Completed high school education.
Enjoy working according to routines and processes.
Interest in service and working with people.
Ability to work independently and take your own initiatives.

Previous experience in service-oriented jobs is an advantage but not a requirement. We also see that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a good understanding of English. Since the role involves working alone and handling payment methods, you must be at least 18 years old.
